AI software reviews for business

Reviews and comparisons of AI tools in four sections: SEO & GEO, video, voice and guides to the general AI subscriptions a business pays for. Each card says who the tool is for; new and updated reviews show when we last checked prices. How we score: How we test.

Some reviews contain affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our editorial and transparency policy.

SEO & GEO

SEO tools help your pages rank in Google. GEO (generative engine optimization) tools show how often AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews mention or cite your brand, and what to change so they do it more. The two now overlap: Writesonic, Frase and Scalenut all sell AI visibility tracking. AI writing tools belong here too, because for a business, writing is one step of the content workflow rather than a separate purchase. When we compare these tools, we look at what one article, one tracked prompt or one extra seat really costs.

Video

Business video tools with AI cover three different jobs. Avatar platforms turn a script into a presenter-led video for training, onboarding or product explainers, without a camera or a studio. Clipping tools cut long webinars, demos and podcasts into short vertical clips for social channels. Editors with AI features handle captions, translation and cleanup. When we review these tools, we compare plans by the minutes of finished video you actually get, not by the headline price.

Voice

Voice tools turn a script into a voiceover, clone a voice from a sample and dub video into other languages. Business teams use them for training modules, product videos, presentations and ads. Three things change the real price: how many minutes or credits a month you get, whether commercial use is included on the plan you pick, and which plan includes voice cloning. Free plans often exclude commercial use: on 7 October 2026 that was true of ElevenLabs, Speechify Studio and WellSaid. Lovo AI, once a common choice here, shut down in 2026.

If you came here from Lovo, the shutdown page maps each Lovo feature to a replacement.

AI image tools split into generators, editors with AI inside and upscalers. We compare them by what a plan actually allows: free limits, commercial rights, how many images or credits you get, and what happens after a year.

Guides

Guides cover the AI subscriptions a business pays for outside the three review sections: general assistants such as Gemini, Claude and ChatGPT, and music generators for videos, ads and podcasts. Each guide compares the official plans, usage limits, licences and data policies, with prices checked on the date shown. We do not rate output quality we have not measured ourselves; the guides say so where it matters.

Gemini vs Claude 2026

For: business users choosing a paid AI assistant: Google AI Pro, Claude Pro and ChatGPT Plus compared on price, usage limits, models, data policies and the coding tools included in each subscription.

Prices checked 7 October 2026

Claude Pro vs Max 2026

Best AI music generators 2026

For: background music for videos, ads and podcasts: nine generators compared on licences and commercial rights, free plans, prices and Trustpilot ratings, plus the rules of YouTube and Spotify for AI music.

Prices checked 7 October 2026

Where to start: if you are choosing a general assistant for a team, read Gemini vs Claude first. If you already pay for Claude, the Pro vs Max guide explains the limits before you upgrade. For music in videos and ads, the music generators guide starts with licences, because that is where the risk is.

Grok vs ChatGPT: plans, limits and weak spots

X Subscription $8–$200 against ChatGPT $8–$500, usage limits, coding, research, and which paid tools cover what each does badly.

Perplexity vs ChatGPT: research with sources vs reasoning

ChatGPT Plus vs Pro: $20 vs $100–$500

What Pro adds besides more usage, who hits the Plus caps, and cheaper tools for voice, video and AI visibility.

Compare

Comparisons put two or three tools side by side on the same criteria, with prices checked on the same day.

More comparisons will be added as reviews in each section are published.

How we review

We check prices on the vendor’s own pricing page and show the date. Where we have an account, the screenshots come from it; where we don’t, the review says so. We read the terms for limits, renewals and refunds, read Trustpilot and G2, and re-check every review every 90 days. Scores are out of 5 and weighted toward price for real work and output quality. The scoring scale and what counts as “verified” are on How we test. Questions or corrections: contact us.
