Editorial and transparency policy
YourAISoft is an independent review site for AI software used by businesses. This page sets out how we choose what to review, how we check facts, how we use AI, how we earn money and how to report a mistake. It applies to every page on youraisoft.com.
Editorial independence
- Vendors cannot pay for a review, a score or a position in our lists.
- Vendors do not approve our reviews before publication.
- Whether a tool has an affiliate program does not change its score. Scoring rules are on How we test.
What we review
We cover AI tools that businesses pay for in four areas: SEO and GEO (ranking in Google and visibility in AI answers), video, voice, and guides to general AI subscriptions such as assistants and music generators. Some of these tools pay us commissions and some don’t; both are reviewed and scored by the same rules. When a tool shuts down, we keep its page and turn it into a notice with sources and alternatives.
Accuracy and sources
- Prices come from the vendor’s own pricing page and are shown with the date we checked them.
- Product facts link to the vendor’s page, terms or documentation. Events such as a shutdown link to the court record or news report.
- Screenshots come from our own accounts. Where we have no account, the review says so.
- We re-check every review every 90 days.
How we use AI
We use AI tools for research, drafting and editing. We do not publish AI-generated reviews without checking the facts: every price, limit and quote is checked against its source before publication. We don’t use AI-generated images in place of screenshots.
Corrections
If you find an error, write to us through the contact page. We fix factual errors and update the date on the page.
Affiliate disclosure
YourAISoft is funded by affiliate commissions. Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you click one and buy, the vendor may pay us a commission. You pay the same price. Affiliate links are marked as sponsored, pages that contain them carry a disclosure under the headline, and each button has a short disclosure directly below it.
